POLICE LOG for February 9: 2 Arrested On Warrants; Baby Squirrel Loose In House; Car vs. Tree

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, February 9, 2018:

  • Animal Control Officer responded to Ohio Street home with a baby squirrel loose inside of it. Officer set a trap. (8:56am)
  • Police issued a citation to an operator for wearing headphones while driving. (10:29am)
  • A black 2003 Honda Civic struck a tree on Aldrich Road. Airbag deployed. Vehicle towed. No injuries specified. (11:03am)
  • Alex Kittredge (29, Wilmington) was arrested for being a Fugitive of Justice on Court Warrant. (12:27pm)
  • Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout at Rudolph Technologies. (3:53pm)
  • Nicole Purcel (45, Salem) was arrested on warrants. Purcel was taken into custody at Cumberland Farms. (4:04pm)
  • During a check of Yentile Farm, police came across a mother & daughter playing Pokemon Go near the shed. Shed checked OK. (7:18pm)
