POLICE LOG for February 4: Disturbance At Nursing Home; Speeding Crackdown On Woburn Street

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, February 4, 2018:

  • UPS driver accidentally tripped alarm at Advanced Auto Parts. (4:23am)
  • A minor 2-vehicle crash took place at the Rite Aid traffic lights. No injuries. (8:46am)
  • Police issued 6 citations or written warnings for speeding on Woburn Street throughout the day. (10:05am-2:44pm)
  • CareOne at Wilmington requested irate male be removed from the property. (4:37pm)
  • A gray 2006 Cadillac was involved in a one-vehicle crash on Burlington Avenue.  Fire Department called for eval. Vehicle towed. (5:42pm)
  • Police received an open 911 line. Police responded. Child had called 911. Police spoke with parents. Situation checked OK. (7:14pm)
