POLICE LOG for January 18: Suspicious Behavior At Body Shop; Irate Caller

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, January 18, 2018:

  • Animal Control Officer retrieved an injured rabbit and took it to Tufts Veterinary School. (8:28am)
  • A caller at Northeast Rental on Lowell Street requested an officer to view damage done to a post in its parking lot sometime yesterday. (11:33am)
  • Police received five calls on its business line from an irate male making complaints against the department. (3:02pm)
  • A gray 2016 Honda Pilot and a gray 2017 Jeep Cherokee were involved in a minor accident on Main Street. (5:47pm)
  • Police observed a male party in the parking lot of Charlie’s Autobody on Main Street looking into cars. Checked OK. Man had just got work done to his car and was admiring it. Confirmed by employee. (6:46pm)
  • A white 2016 Nissan Versa and a gray 2010 Hyundai Elantra were involved in a crash at Concord Street and the 93 on-ramp. No injuries. One vehicle towed. (11:34pm)
