WILMINGTON, MA — Elaine S. (Caccamesi) Mendes, age 70, of Wilmington, died unexpectedly on January 12, 2018. Elaine was the devoted mother of Susan M. Mendes of Wilmington and Tony Ramos of California, cherished daughter of Mary (Perrone) and the late Angelo Caccamesi of Wilmington formerly of East Boston, beloved sister of Deborah Cullen & her husband Paul of Wilmington. Loving aunt of Jonathan & Danielle Cullen, Michael & Rana Cullen, and great-aunt of Everett Michael Cullen. Elaine is also survived by many dear cousins.
Family & friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Friday, January 19th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Service at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations in Elaine’s memory may be made to the Special Olympics Massachusetts, 512 Forest St., Marlborough, MA 01752.
