POLICE LOG for January 14: Heroin Turned In; Syringes Found; Failure To Register As Sex Offender; Shoplifting

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, January 14, 2018:

  • Fire Department responded to a gas line burst inside of Textron. (2:47am)
  • A Shawsheen Avenue resident reported a bag of trash was thrown on his lawn sometime around midnight. (11:53am)
  • Patrick J. Mogauro (44, Woburn) was issued a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. Manager at Lucci’s called police after observing Mogauro allegedly shoplifting. (12:42pm)
  • A walk-in party reported a substance believed to be heroin for destruction. (2:50pm)
  • A caller reported 2 syringes found along the side of road on McDonald Road. Police retrieved syringes. (3:22pm)
  • Allen H. LeBlanc (59, Lowell) was issued a summons for Failure to Register As A Sex Offender. He was also issued a citation for red light violation and no inspection sticker. (6:41pm)
