WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, December 20, 2017:
- Animal Control Officer set a “haveaheart” trap for an injured feral cat on River Street. (11:37am)
- Grandmother reported her grandson entered her home without permission when she was not home and is now causing a disturbance. Party left prior to police arrival. He was arrived not to return. (11:45am)
- Police responded to a silent panic/hold-up alarm at U-Haul on Main Street. An employee stated an irate customer was inside. Police responded. Argument was verbal in nature. Situation has been mediated. (1:30pm)
- A Beech Street caller reported a teenager was operating an ATV in the roadway. Caller claims it’s a recurring problem. Police were unable to locate. (3:23pm)
- Jacqueline H. Hartzell (51, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor (3rd Offense) and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. A caller reported a car drove into parked vehicles in the Ristuccia Arena parking lot. Operator declined medical attention. (3:25pm)
- A Milestone Group Home resident was reported missing from his high school in Lawrence. (4:57pm)
- A Market Basket employee reported two male parties, one at each entrance, was asking customers for money. They weren’t affiliated with a charity and did not have permission. Police responded. Men claimed they were on their way to New York. (6:29pm)
- Kerriann Marie Doherty (34, Lynnfield) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle with Suspended or Revoked Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Doherty was pulled over on Park Street. (9:45pm)
