TEWKSBURY, MA — On Sunday, December 17, 2017, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested James Pierce, 40, of 875 Main Street,Wilmington, MA, for an unarmed robbery.
At approximately 9:30pm, officers responded to Villa Roma Pizza, located at 1555 Main Street, for a report of an unarmed robbery that took place inside of the establishment.
An investigation was conducted and it revealed that Pierce, an employee at the establishment, forcibly took money from the owner of the establishment’s possession by physically forcing the owner to the ground after an argument. The owner sustained minor injuries.
Pierce was arraigned at Lowell District Court on December 18, 2017 for unarmed robbery.
