POLICE LOG for December 5: Wilmington Man Arrested; ‘Concerned Citizens Of Wilmington’ Reports Vandalism Threats

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are EIGHT highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, December 5, 2017:

  • Police notified Verizon and Fire Department of low-hanging wire on Cottage Street. (7:29am)
  • A caller from Action Ambulance reported a receptionist and the billing department received threats from a past patient. (8:57am)
  • Shawn E. Kliros (42, Wilmington) was arrested on two warrants, including for Possession of Class A, B and E drugs. (9:56am)
  • A caller reported his ATM card was used without his authority. (11:26am)
  • A walk-in party turned in a starter pistol for destruction. (12:42pm)
  • Mark B. Murphy (59, Burlington) was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding In Violation Of Posted Special Regulations. (2:01pm)
  • Police issued 11 parking citations in the MBTA Parking Lot on Main Street. (3:21pm)
  • Concerned Citizens of Wilmington requested extra patrols for their meeting tonight at 7pm at WCTV Headquarters due to previous threats of vandalism against group. (4:30pm)
