READING, MA — RMLD recently received reports that a phone scammer has contacted RMLD customers demanding money.
RMLD reminds its customers to be on guard against phone scams. Don’t provide your personal or account information over the phone unless you’re able to clearly identify the person or entity you’re providing it to. If something about the caller or their request doesn’t seem legitimate, it probably isn’t.
If you’re unsure of the legitimacy of a phone call from RMLD, end the call and call back using RMLD’s main number at 781-942-6598.
