POLICE LOG for November 9: Credit Card Stolen From Car; Dangerous Deers; Cell Phone Stolen

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, November 9, 2017:

  • A car struck a deer near the Shell Gas Station on Main Street. The driver’s side window was smashed. The deer fled the scene. (6:20am)
  • Police conducted ALICE Training at the North Intermediate School. (9:03am)
  • An unlocked vehicle was entered at Town Field and credit cards were taken. (12:19pm)
  • Police responded to possible animal cruelty at the Shawsheen School. (1:57pm)
  • A caller reported speeding vehicles in the school zone at the North around 8am on a daily basis. (2:01pm)
  • A car struck a deer on Ballardvale Street. Minor damage to the vehicle. The deer fled the scene. (5:52pm)
  • A walk-in party reported her child’s cell phone was stolen by a classmate and the password was changed. The phone is now locked and unusable. (6:37pm)
