LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Family Of Tuesday’s Missing Woman Thanks Wilmington Police For Safe Return

Dear Editor,

The Wise and Rogers families would like to extend a sincere thank you to the many who assisted in securing Joyce Wise’s safe return home on Tuesday.  The members of the Wilmington Police Department deserves special thanks for their immediate response, and outstanding effort and support!

Thanks, too, to all of the caring friends and staff at Windsor Place.
