POLICE LOG for November 3: Cars Not Stopping At Stop Signs Inside In Plaza Parking Lot; Theft at Shriners

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, November 3, 2017:

  • An anonymous caller requested extra patrols in the plaza area between CVS and Panera Bread, stating cars are not stopping at the stop signs. (9:07am)
  • A caller reported her teenage son received a threatening text while at school. (9:36am)
  • A pole snapped and a wire was down on Adam Street. Fire Department, Tree Department, Verizon and RMLD were contacted. Street was closed down. (11:20am0
  • A construction crew struck a gas line in the rear lot on Ballardvale Street. Fire Department and National Grid responded. (12:58pm)
  • Items were reported from a vendor at an event at Shriners Auditorium. (6:02pm)
  • A caller requested extra patrols on Butters Row due to speeding motorcycle. (7:42pm)
  • A caller reported his ex-girlfriend was driving back and forth past his house. (8:13pm)
