POLICE LOG for October 22: Vehicle Rollover On 93 South; License Plates Stolen

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are FIVE highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, October 22, 2017:

  • Police checked the wooded area on Broad Street due to a smoky condition in the neighborhood.  Police advised a homeowner to extinguish their fire. (1:44am)
  • A State Trooper reported a truck took down branches on Andover Street and continued on. State Police moved branches to side of roadway in front of driveway. Wilmington Police then tossed branches into wooded area. (11:00am)
  • A walk-in party reported he left his broken down vehicle in the Silver Lake Dental parking lot this past Friday. When he returned today to have vehicle towed, he noticed the license plates are missing off the vehicle. (2:12pm)
  • A walk-in party reported he lost a book titled “Torrid Zone” while walking through the Wildwood Cemetery this morning. (2:41pm)
  • One vehicle rolled over in the median on 93 South, near the Exit 41 ramp. State Police handled the scene. The Fire Department transported the occupant(s). (6:34pm)
