WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Memorial Library hosted a College Financial Aid Workshop for Teens and Parents on Tuesday, September 26. James Femia, a certified college planning specialist with the National Institute of Certified Financial Planners, presented the free workshop, addressing the financial aid process, necessary paperwork, and various strategies for paying for college.
