WILMINGTON, MA – We’re One Wilmington is collecting Halloween costumes through the month of September.
Donations can be dropped off to The Cleaner Spot (209 Main Street) in Wilmington.
All costumes will be delivered to area Department of Children & Families offices in October to be used by children in DCF custody.
