WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Community Television recently announced the details of its 2016-2017 Kids & Teens Program.
All Wilmington kids & teens (ages 9-18) are encouraged to sign up. Kids (ages 9-12) will learn basic camera skills, public speaking skills, and field/studio production skills, all while making a TV show of their own. Teens (ages 13-18) will learn advanced production techniques as part of the show’s crew, while earning community service.
WCTV will be holding a Fall semester and Spring semester. For each semester, the program will meet on alternating Saturdays, for a total of 10 classes, from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The fall semester starts on September 23. The spring semester starts on February 3.
The program costs $50 per semester. Space is limited.
