WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, September 2, 2017:
- Emergency button was pressed in an elevator at Whispering Pines on Salem Street. Police spoke with female party who stated they was no entrapment and the button was accidentally pushed by her young daughter. (10:55am)
- A caller believed a vehicle struck her car while she was in Market Basket. Police assisted with paperwork exchange. (12:48pm)
- A walk-in party reported that someone attempted to enter her vehicle on Burnap Street back on August 8. (1:31pm)
- A Lowell Street resident reported his neighbors are racing motorcycles past his house even after already been spoken to. Caller requested extra patrols. Police spoke with involved party. (2:45pm)
- Police dispersed a large group from the Shawsheen School Parking Lot. Police advised them to take all their trash with them. (8:43pm)
