WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, August 30, 2017:
- Police notified DPW that a branch was covering the speed limit sign on Burlington Avenue and Pitman Street. (6:33am)
- Police notified DPW that the 20 MPH Speed Limit sign on Carter Lane is missing. (6:56am)
- A caller reported silk flowers were stolen from a gravesite at Wildwood Cemetery. (12:09pm)
- Police installed 7 car safety seats during its weekly drop-in hours. (12:44pm)
- Police issued 18 citations for failure to renew dog licenses. (2:39pm)
- Keolis (MBTA) reported teenagers hanging out by the tracks under the foot bridge on Main Street. Police were unable to locate. (6:50pm)
- A caller reported two dirt bikes were riding back and forth in the woods behind the football field at Town Hall. Police were unable to locate. (7:27pm)
