WILMINGTON, MA — Floral Dreams (211 Lowell Street) and Lorraine Spada School of Dance (52 Main Street) are collecting donations for Hurricane Harvey relief victims.
Donations must be dropped off no later than Thursday, August 31 at 7pm. Suggested donations include: diapers, non-perishable food, blankets, baby formula, toiletries, and clothing. Donations will then be dropped off to the Boston Teamsters, who are sending their trucks to Texas this weekend.
In a separate effort, Tremezzo (2 Lowell Street) is also collecting donations for Harvey victims The restaurant is collecting canned goods, water, non-perishables, diapers, socks, and underwear. The owners will ship to the Houston Food Bank as quickly and as many times as they can. The restaurant will give everyone who donates a $5 Tremezzo gift card.
