POLICE LOG for July 8: Individuals Engaged In “Adult Activities” In Parked Car; Cell Phone Stolen

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, July 8, 2017:

  • Fire Department assisted State Police with a car fire on 93 South, near Exit 39. (12:25am)
  • A caller stated a group of men were fighting in the street at Lowell Street and West Street. Police responded. Parties were uncooperative, but claimed no fight occurred. Female took control of vehicle. One of the men took an Uber home. (2:44am)
  • A caller reported motorcycles speeding on Buckingham Road. Police spoke with owner and advised him of the complaint. (10:50am)
  • Police notified RMLD, Verizon and Tree Department of tree limb down on wires on Grand Street. A transformer was also damaged. (3:09pm)
  • Two parties in a small green sedan were engaged in “adult activities” parked off to the side on Blanchard Road. Police sent them on their way. (6:18pm)
  • Police advised a small group of youths to clean up after themselves before they leave the high school basketball courts. (8:55pm)
  • A 99 restaurant employee reported their $800 Samsung S8 cell phone was stolen. (11:05pm)
