Dear Editor,
My name is Allen Hubbard and I am currently President of the Tewksbury Lions Club.
This year, Lions International is celebrating 100 years of service to local communities. We have over 1.4 million members worldwide and are the biggest organization of its kind in the world.
Wilmington currently does not have a Lions Club and the Tewksbury Lions would like to extend an invitation to the residents of Wilmington to join our organization. We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 7pm at T.J. Callahan’s (1475 Main Street, Tewksbury). We have taken the summer off and will be meeting again Wednesday, September 13, 2017.
