POLICE LOG for May 9: Truck Struck Overnight; Aggressive Dog At Dog Park

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, May 9, 2017:

  • Animal Control Officer spoke to dog owner at dog park regarding aggressive dogs. (9:08am)
  • A Fiorenza Drive resident reported his truck and trailer parked on the side street was struck by a vehicle sometime last night.  A note was left, but the caller cannot read the writing. (9:08am)
  • A walk-in party reported one of her company checks was fraudulently cashed.  Party was from MainFreight USA on Jewel Drive. (10:40am)
  • Police assisted a driver with a motor vehicle lockout. A child and dog was locked inside. (2:09pm)
  • A caller reported receiving annoying phone calls from his brother. (6:47pm)
  • During a check of property at the Shawsheen School, police sent a group of kids using the skate park and basketball courts on their way. (10:37pm)
