Movie Night: La La Land *RR

The feature movie this month is La La Land starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
WMS Jr. Jazz Band *RR
Thursday, May 18, 2:30 pm
The Wilmington Middle School Jr. Jazz Band plus other talented WMS musicians will perform under the direction of Anita DiLullo. Come enjoy the talent of Wilmington youth!
Novel Ideas: Fiction Book Group *RR

Book Talkin’ with Eileen MacDougall 6:30 -7pm. Great way to learn about new books!
Featured Book: Calling Me Home by Julie Kibler
Enjoy reading fiction? Join the library’s fiction book group led by Adult Services Librarian, Kim Rowley. Please stop by the library to pick up a copy of the featured book. Book groups are a wonderful way to expand your reading interests and meet others in the community.

Compete in Amazing Racing: WML Edition! Clues provided in each leg of the race lead to “pit stops” where teams of two must complete a challenge before continuing to the next leg of the race. Quickest team wins! Grades 4-8

Crafternoons: Stress Balls *RR

Library News
Hold the Books
MVLC will be migrating to its new system beginning Monday, May 15 through Wednesday, May 17. During this period when we will be operating partially offline and will not be able to check in library material. So we are asking patrons to not return borrowed library material until after May 18 when the system will go live. No fines will be incurred during this time. Please note that you can still check out library material but you will need your library card to do so. Thanks!
