TEWKSBURY, MA — Representative James Miceli read “Oh the Places You Will Go” by Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, to the North Street School 4th grade class to celebrate Read Across America Day.
After the reading, students asked the Representative a number of questions, from how one is elected to who decides what school lunches are served. (Calls were also made for longer recess. We’ll see if that develops into legislation.)
This is the 19th year of the Read Across America celebration, commemorating Dr. Seuss’s birthday and promoting literacy among all.
