WILMINGTON, MA — Here are EIGHT highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, March 16, 2017:
- A caller reported his gray 2004 Lexus was stolen when he went inside Sonny’s Mobile on the Run on Lowell Street. Police put a BOLO out and drove the caller to his work. (6:11am)
- A caller reported approximately 10 minutes prior to calling, a male party entered the women’s bathroom at Burger King while she was in the stall, looked over the stall, and said he was in the wrong bathroom. Caller gave police a description. Police responded and requested security footagefrom Burger King and Red Heat Tavern. (9:51am)
- A police officer stood by while a disgruntled ex-employee retrieved his personal belongings at Townsend Welding on Woburn Street. (10:12am)
- A 2-vehicle crash at Cross Street and Main Street led to one person being taken to the hospital. Both vehicles were towed. (10:36am)
- Police issued 4 parking citations in the MBTA Parking Lot on Main Street. (12:17pm)
- A walk-in party reported front lawn damage by a town snow plow. Police notified DPW. (12:18pm)
- Police responded to a disturbance between customer and manager at Dollar Tree. Manager stated the involved party’s children were opening packages. Manager asked them to leave and there was an argument. Police restored. (6:45pm)
- A caller at Heav’nly Donuts requested a police officer due to employees being harassed for interview by a news film crew. (8:04pm)
