WILMINGTON, MA — Here are NINE highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, March 4, 2017:
- Joseph Estrella (24, Wilmington) was arrested on a probation warrant. (12:43am)
- Police issued a handicap parking citation in the Adams St.-side parking lot at Wilmington High School. (10:17am)
- Police advised real estate agent that vehicles at an open house on Salem Street were parked in travel lane and too close to an intersection. (11:38am)
- A caller reported a tree was down in the road on Winter Street. Police notified DPW. (4:35pm)
- Police spoke to employees at Advanced Auto Parts on Main Street for parking vehicles in the fire lane and doing full maintenance on them. Police will speak with manager on Monday. (4:55pm)
- Police noted an individual illegally dumped a purple couch next to the dumpster at Wilmington Town Hall. (5:02pm)
- A North Street caller reported that at 1:30pm this afternoon, a man rang her doorbell twice and then walked to her back porch and looked in the windows. When she asked what he wanted, he said he was looking for a lost dog. He said he reported the dog missing to the police, but police have no record of a missing dog in the area. (6:43pm)
- A Broad Street resident reported her house was just egged. (8:14pm)
- Several vehicles, 3 homes on Woodland Road, Lucci’s Supermarket, and the Dunkin in the Lucci’s plaza were all egged. (11:59pm)
