WILMINGTON, MA — The 4-H Science Pirates, a Wilmington-based STEM club, visited the Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry in Wilmington on February 22.

The club members participated in a workshop on testing different types of fabrics. Then they toured the facility to learn how the company is applying green chemistry, aiming to reduce or eliminate the use of hazardous materials.
