WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things you need to know in Wilmington for Friday, March 3, 2017.
#1) According to the National Weather Service, Wilmington will see increasing clouds, with a high near 37. West wind 6 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.
#2) The Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce is holding its 10th Annual Comedy Night TONIGHT in the Fez Room at the Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road). Doors open at 6:30pm. Comics take the stage at 8pm. This year’s Comedy Night will include a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Attendees are encouraged to wear green. Besides the hilarious comics, the event will feature a raffle table and a cash bar, with green beer on tap. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own dinner/snacks. Tickets cost $20 per person. #3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs today:
- Drop-In Storytime (10am-11am)
- Book Buddies Season One (3:45pm-4:45pm)

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Friday activities:
- Video Exercise (10am)
- Cards (1pm)
The Center is also holding a “Senior to Senior” pizza luncheon with seniors from Wilmington High School at 10:45am. Learn more HERE.
#5) The Wilmington High School is holding its Annual Talent Show at 7pm in the WHS Auditorium. Proceeds benefit the WHS Science Club and the WHS Class of 2018.
