Leaving a Legacy of Love *RR
Monday, March 6, 2:30 pm
Michelle Beckman, founder of Sunday Dinner Stories, helps parents and grandparents write or record their life stories for their children and grandchildren. She will lead a 60-minute seminar to help you reflect on the events and meaning of your life so you can begin to form your own “legacy of love” for your family members.

Featured Cookbook: Cravings by Chrissy Teigan
If you love to cook and enjoy talking about food and sharing recipes then this group is for you. Pick up a copy of the cookbook (or find a recipe from the book online) and email your recipe selection to leader Lisa Crispin (lcrispin@wilmlibrary.org). Bring your dish to the meeting and enjoy sampling everyone’s dishes!
Understanding Fractals and Chaos Theory *RR

Join Harvard Professor Chris Rycroft as he makes understanding fractals and chaos theory as easy as “pi”. Chaos Theory deals with nonlinear things that are effectively impossible to predict or control, like turbulence, weather, the stock market, etc. These phenomena are often described by fractal mathematics. Recognizing the chaotic, fractal nature of our world can give us new insight, power, and wisdom—so come and leave with a better understanding of the world around us. Professor Rycroft will gear the talk to a general audience.
Spring Cleaning: The Feng Shui Approach *RR

This presentation is based on the three main principles of Feng Shui: Energy, the Five Elements and the Feng Shui Map, along with understanding the relationship between people and the place they live. You will learn the meaning of clutter and why it causes people to feel stuck and unmotivated. You will feel inspired and ready for spring cleaning! Presented by Julie Pelletier-Rutkowsi, Owner of Feng Shui Services of New England, LLC.
Tickets on sale for After Hours Concert—Gloucester Hornpipe and Clog Society

The Gloucester Hornpipe and Clog Society has delighted audiences for decades with a lively mix of Celtic jigs and reels, sing-along come-all-ye’s, poignant harmonies, and original songs and tunes. Celebrating Celtic culture, the band’s rollicking, friendly style is a St. Patrick’s Day treat. Ticket price of $15 includes a beer and snacks (ages 21+). Youth Services staff will provide babysitting for kids ages 3+ during the concert. Sign up for babysitting at the main desk.

Beyond the Spotlight: Acting Workshop *RR

No need to dream about escaping the ordinary life. In this dramatic arts series we discover and celebrate how extraordinary we really are! We’ll have a blast playing improvisational theater games, performing short scenes, and rocking group acting challenges. Grades 6-12.
