WILMINGTON, MA — Here are TEN things you need to know in Wilmington for Thursday, March 2, 2017.
#1) According to the National Weather Service, Wilmington has a slight chance of showers before 8am. Sunny, with a temperature falling to around 39 by 5pm. Breezy, with a west wind 16 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 50 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
#2) The Wilmington Recreation Commission meets at 5pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.
#3) The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). The Committee is holding a budget hearing for Wilmington Public Schools. Read the agenda HERE.
#4) The Wilmington SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) meets at 6:30pm in the Wilmington High School Library. Read the agenda HERE.
#5) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding two programs today:

- Pints & Pages (7pm)

#8) Red Heat Tavern (300 Lowell Street) is hosting live music with Driving Blind at 8pm.
#9) Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar (193 Main Street) is hosting live music with Larry Gilbert at 6pm.
#10) Wicked Cornhole is hosting cornhole at the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks (777 South Street, Tewksbury). Register by 6:45pm. Play starts at 7pm. $15 per person. Random draw partners.
