5 Things You Need To Know In Wilmington Today (February 23, 2017)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things you need to know in Wilmington for Thursday, February 23, 2017.

#1) According to the National Weather Service, Wilmington will see patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 64. Light southwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

#2) The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). The Committee is holding a budget hearing for the Shawsheen Tech. Read the agenda HERE.

 

#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding three programs today:

  • Minecraft Fun (10am AND 11am)
  • Read To Zoey (6:30pm)
  • Armchair Travel To The Greek Islands (7pm)

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding some of its typical Thursday activities:

  • Computer Class (9:15am)
  • Art Class (10am)
  • Aerobics (10:30am)
  • Knitting/Crocheting (11am)
  • Game Day (1pm)
