TOWN ELECTION NEWS: Board Of Appeals Chair To Run For Selectmen

WILMINGTON, MA — The race for two seats for the Wilmington Board of Selectmen is about to get loud.  Ed Loud, that is!

Loud, a longtime Wilmington Board of Appeals member, and its current chair, pulled nomination papers on Friday.

Loud will be vying for one of the two Selectmen seats up for grabs in two months.  He will have some company.  Two additional challengers have  already stepped forward — political newcomer Christopher Dawson and repeat candidate Mark Nelson — but neither have returned nomination papers yet.
