WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, February 9, 2017:
- Police responded to a fight on a train, stopped at the MBTA’s Wilmington Center station. Police restored the police and drove one of the involved men home. (12:45am)
- A gray 2001 Toyota Highlander and a white 2012 Chevy Traverse were involved in a crash on Route 125. No injuries noted. State Police notified. (2:34pm)
- A vehicle became stuck in a snowbank near the Subway on Ballardvale Street. Tow truck was able to get the vehicle out of the snow. No damage. (4:50pm)
- Two Siberian Huskies were reported missing, with leash attached, after running away from the Shawsheen School field. (5:18pm)
- Police was flagged down by DPW workers on Shawsheen Avenue. Workers notified police of an erratic operator driving a pickup truck with a flag on it headed down 129 towards Main Street. Police were unable to locate. (6:28pm)
- Police received a complaint from a Chestnut Street caller who believed his car was purposely plowed in. (8:01pm)
