Using Social Media and Websites for Job Hunting *RR

Susu Wong, Principle and Chief Connector of Tomo360 an online marketing firm, will talk about using social media and the web for job hunting and for building a personal brand. In the online job market of today, knowing the ins and outs of social media and keeping your personal brand sharp is a must.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day and have a few laughs while watching the offbeat comedy How to Be Single starring Rebel Wilson and Dakota Johnson. Chocolate refreshments served.
Concert: Harpist Rebecca Swett *RR
Thursday, February 16, 2:30 pm
Enjoy an afternoon of music with harpist, Rebecca Swett. She will play classical to pop including well know pieces ranging from Debussy to Gershwin plus a few love songs in honor of Valentine’s Day. A short harp demonstration will also be a part of the program. Rebecca began studying the harp at the age of ten and fell in love with the instrument. Not to be missed!

Drive a tiny car, watch a ballerina pirouette, and discover the secrets of ferrofluid at this Maker Monday.
Toddler 101 Workshop *RR
Monday, February 13, 7 pm
Early Parenting Partners, “an inter-disciplinary team of knowledgeable professionals dedicated to empowering families” will present this Toddler 101 workshop for parents and caregivers. Typical development and insight into why the toddler stage (10-24 months) can present such variety in behavior, eating and sleeping will be discussed and how you can support your child through this precarious time. Learn about safety-proofing, toilet readiness, etc. There will be time for group discussion with questions and answers. Please note that this program is for parents and caregivers only.

Have fun celebrating winter with Jeannie Mack. Come sing and act out songs about making snowmen, twirling around like snowflakes, sledding down hills, and drinking hot chocolate. Binge Boxes
In the mood for a movie marathon? The library has just added “Binge Boxes” which are themed collections of movies, providing hours of entertainment in an easy to carry box. We currently have Binge Boxes for Girls Night In, Family Movie Night, Classic Films, and Book to Film. The Binge Boxes can be checked out for 7 days and are the perfect addition to your staycation, snowy night, or lazy weekend. All you need is the popcorn!
Museum Passes – School Vacation Week
Reserve a museum pass for the upcoming school vacation week. Just go to www.wilmlibrary.org and click on Museum Passes. Keep in mind that during school vacations passes are limited to one per family per week.
