WILMINGTON, MA — Bruce A. Peters, age 85, of Wilmington, died peacefully on January 31, 2017.
Bruce was the beloved husband of Thelma M. (Carlson) Peters, devoted father of Eric Peters & wife Sandra of Pelham, NH and Kristen Forrest & husband Haegan of Reading. Loving grandfather of Molly & Zachary Peters and Aiden & Owen Forrest. Cherished son of the late Lewis and Jeanne (Guimier) Peters, dear brother of the late John Peters.
Bruce proudly served as a Lieutenant for the U. S. Navy during the Korean War and was a beloved crossing guard at Wilmington High School for many years.
Family and friends will gather for a Funeral Service with Military Honors at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Friday February 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Visiting Hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, February 2nd from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donation in Bruce’s memory may be made to the MSPCA-ANGELL, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
