WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, January 8, 2017:
- A plow truck was involved in a crash at Lake Street and Shawsheen Avenue. Unspecified injury. Vehicle was towed. (12:28am)
- A caller reported loud music coming from a South Street residence. Police responded. Resident admitted to playing guitar earlier. Police advised him to keep any further noise to a reasonable level. (8:54am)
- A caller reported two men sitting in a blue 2016 Chevy Silverado appear to be drinking alcohol. Police responded to “keep an eye” on vehicle. (10:53am)
- A Chestnut Street resident reported he lent his vehicle to an acquaintance on January 6 and the vehicle has yet to have been returned. Vehicle was reported stolen. (12:03pm)
- Police notified the Public Buildings Department that a large ice dam was forming in front of the Public Safety Building. (3:09)
- A caller reported an older man walking in the middle of the street, staggering. Police checked the area and could not locate the man. (7:49pm)
