WILMINGTON, MA — According to the Boston Herald‘s Jim Clark, the boys and girls hockey programs at both Wilmington High and Shawsheen Tech have joined more than 200 Massachusetts high schools in paying tribute to James Lavin and Owen Higgins.
Lavin (#10) and Higgins (#19) were Falmouth High School star hockey players who were killed in a car crash driving home from practice on December 22.
The Wildcats and Rams have joined much of the Massachusetts hockey community in holding a jersey tribute for the pair of popular 17-year-old student athletes.
