POLICE LOG for December 30: Wilmington Man Accused Of Burglary; Ring Found In Market Basket Lot

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, December 30, 2016:

  • A white 2015 Subaru Forester and a gold 2011 Jeep Compass were involved in a minor crash at Starbucks on Main Street. No injuries noted. (8:08am)
  • Joshua A. Kivlehan (23, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Breaking & Entering To Commit A Misdemeanor; Unarmed Burglary; Uttering A False Check; and Forgery Of A Check. (12:04pm)
  • Police notified DPW that a queen-size mattress and propane tank have been dumped near Andover Street. (3:04pm)
  • A Benson Road resident a National Grid account was opened in her name without her authorization. (3:41pm)
  • A walk-in party turned in a birthstone ring found in the Market Basket parking lot. Police contacted Market Basket, who had the ring’s owner contact the station for pick-up. (6:42pm)
  • Police pulled over a black 2005 Volkswagen on Route 62. Operator was not intoxicated — just sick — and was sent on her way. (10:44pm)
