5 Things You Need To Know In Wilmington Today (December 21)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are 5 things you need to know in Wilmington for Wednesday, December 21, 2016.

#1) According to the National Weather Service, it will be sunny in Wilmington, with a high near 38. West wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs:

  • Star Mag (3:45pm)
  • Sparky’s Puppets: Stories From Snowy Lands (6:30pm)

#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Wednesday activities:

  • SBF Exercise (9:45am)
  • Special Exercise (11am)
  • Country Line Dancing (1pm)

#4) The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.

  • 2:30pm – BOYS JV Ice Hockey vs Woburn (at Ristuccia)

  • 6:00pm – BOYS Varsity Wrestling vs Weston (at Wilmington High)
