POLICE LOG for December 10: Dog Complaints; Road Rage; Parking Spot Argument

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, December 10, 2016:

  • A caller on Cunningham Street reported a dog has been barking for approximately an hour. Police located dog on Salem Street. Police spoke with dog’s owner, who agreed to take the dog in for the night. (2:33am)
  • A Nathan Road caller reported a tan sedan was operating last night at around 11:30pm without headlights. Caller stated the vehicle was circling the area. Caller was advsied the incident would be logged and to call back next time the vehicle is seen. (8:49am)
  • A road rage incident occurred on Hobson Avenue with a caller reporting she was backing out of a driveway and a vehicle pulled up behind her and beeped at her and yelled expletives. Police spoke with the caller, who was advised of her options and decided to let it go. (1:59pm)
  • A Salvation Army employee reported an argument in the parking lot between customers regarding a parking spot. Both parties left before police arrived. (3:18pm)
  • A woman reported she lost her wallet in the area of Market Basket.  She stated there has been charges made to her credit card. (3:28pm)
  • A party reported the dogs above her apartment are barking all day and night, clawing on the floor, causing a disturbance. This is an ongoing issue. Animal Control Officer was notified. (5:22pm)
