BILLERICA, MA – Chancellor Harper of Wilmington was named Shawsheen Valley Technical High School’s male Senior of the Month for December.
Chancellor Harper is a well-rounded student-athlete at Shawsheen.
In sports, Harper played football and wrestling all four years at Shawsheen and was named captain of the varsity wrestling team his senior year.
Studying plumbing at Shawsheen, he has also been a standout academically. He’s a member of the National Honor Society, won the Citizenship Award, and a John & Abigail Adams Scholarship. He has also worked through the school’s cooperative education program at McClendon Plumbing & Heating.
Outside of school, Harper stays busy by volunteering at Arbors, Local Heroes, Care One Wilmington and participates in the Walk for Hunger. In his spare time, he likes music, movies, exercising and socializing with friends.
Harper plans on attending a 4-year college to pursue a double major.
