WILMINGTON, MA — Here are 10 things you need to know in Wilmington for Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
#1) According to the National Weather Service, it will be sunny in Wilmington, with a high near 38. Light west wind increasing to 5 to 9 mph in the morning. At night, Wilmington will have a slight chance of snow showers after 1am. Increasing clouds, with a low around 21. West wind 3 to 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
#2) The Wilmington School Committee meets at 6:30pm in Wilmington High School’s Large Instruction Room. The meeting is scheduled to begin with an Executive Session (closed to the public). Open session generally begins around 7pm. Read the agenda HERE.
#3) The Wilmington Board of Appeals meets at 7pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.
#4) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs:

- Digital Life: Gizmos & Gadgets (7pm-8:30pm)

- SBF Exercise (9:45am)
- Special Exercise (11am)
- Country Line Dancing (1pm)

#6) The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.

#10) The Boy Scouts Troop 56 of Wilmington is selling Christmas trees & wreaths in the As Good As It Gets plaza (35 Lowell Street) from 4pm to 9pm.
