POLICE LOG for November 27: Marijuana Complaint; Cops Called To McDonald’s

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, November 27, 2016:

  • On a check of Town Hall, police noticed a trash can be the Snack Shack was dumped out. (12:45am)
  • McDonald’s employees called police after there was person in their bathroom for over an hour. Person left before the police arrived. (7:01am)  Police were called back later on after man was found sleeping in the bathroom. Police advised him to leave. (7:45am)
  • A Cheyenne Drive caller reported his mailbox was struck sometime yesterday afternoon. (10:24am)
  • A blue 2008 Nissan Sentra and a blue 1998 BMW were involved in a minor crash at St. Thomas on Middlesex Avenue. (11:12am)
  • A resident at Metro at Wilmington Station reported an odor of marijuana coming from an apartment downstairs. Caller was advised to follow up with the property manager regarding the complaint. (7:24pm)
  • A gray 2013 Mazda and a red 2013 Kia Soul were involved in a crash at Middlesex Avenue and Federal Street.  No injuries noted. Both vehicles were towed. One driver was cited for a red light violation. (9:11pm)
