5 Things You Need To Know In Wilmington Today (December 2)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are 5 things you need to know in Wilmington for Friday, December 2, 2016.

#1) According to the National Weather Service, it will be mostly sunny in Wilmington, with a high near 48. West wind 5 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.  At night, it will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 34. West wind around 7 mph.

#2)  Wilmington United Methodist Church (87 Church Street) is selling Christmas trees from 4pm to 8pm.  Boy Scout Troop 56 of Wilmington is selling Christmas trees from 5:30pm to 9pm in the As Good As It Gets parking lot (35 Lowell Street).

#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding a Drop-In Storytime at 10am. Learn more HERE.  Please note the library’s After-Hours Concert at 7pm is SOLD OUT.

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Friday activities:

  • Video Exercise (10am)
  • Special Exercise (11am)
  • Bingo (1pm)
  • Cards (1pm)
