POLICE LOG for November 21: Wilmington Man Arrested; Home Broken Into; Traffic Light Complaints

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, November 21, 2016:

  • Michael Edward Lena (44, Wilmington) was arrested on outstanding warrants. (7:24am)
  • Police responded to a dispute over payment at Wagstaff Automotive Garage on Andover Street. Police were able to satisfy both parties. (9:23am)
  • A Cresent Street caller reported his mailbox was damaged sometime over the past day. Police was unable to determine whether damage was malicious or accidental. No other mailboxes damaged in the area. (10:52am)
  • A Crest Avenue caller reported vandalism to stored items on his property. (12:42pm)
  • Jeffrey P. Sparks (27, Wilmington) was issued a summons for breaking & entering to commit a misdemeanor. A Cunningham Street caller had reported items stolen from her house. (3:05pm)
  • A walk-in party complained that the traffic lights at Route 62 and Wildwood Street were inadequate. He state the cycle was going to cause an accident. (3:16pm)
