WILMINGTON, MA– New England Movement Arts and The International Ballet Academy of Norwell will perform a production of “The Nutcracker” from December 3 through December 11 in Burlington and Hingham.
This presentation features local students of New England Movement Arts and The International Ballet Academy of Norwell, including Molly Bagtaz and Vivienne Griffin, both of Wilmington. They will be performing with professional dancers from Ballet Brio of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and freelance dancers heralding from all around the Greater Boston area.
Capturing the essence of a child’s wonder and imagination in music and dance, “The Nutcracker” has been enjoyed by audiences for more than a century, inspiring and connecting generations of families. Performances will take place on Friday, December 2 (6pm); Saturday, December 3 (2pm); and Sunday, December 4 (4:30pm) at New England Movement Arts Black Box Theatre (123 Muller Road, Burlington) and Saturday, December 10 (6pm) and Sunday, December 11 (2pm) at Hingham Middle School (1103 Main Street, Hingham).
