WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, November 13, 2016:
- A caller reported she struck a cat on Pinewood Road. Cat’s owner was notified and retrieved the pet. (11:01am)
- Police responded to a group of disruptive juveniles in the parking lot of Lorraine Spada School of Dance on Main Street. The juveniles were advised not to return and dispersed. (1:54pm)
- A caller reported her 12 year-old son was bullied at the skate park at the Shawsheen by older kids on bikes. Caller does not wish for a police response, but wanted the incident logged and requested extra patrols of the skate park. (3:38pm)
- Police received report of youths at the skate park lighting a fire in a trash barrel. Police responded and fire was already out upon arrival. Youths denied any involvement. (4:22pm)
- Police received multiple calls over railroad arms partially down near Elia’s Country Store on Middlesex Avenue. Police contacted Keolis, which responded and repaired the arms. (6:33pm)
- An Allen Park Drive resident reported her dog was barking at something in her yard. She requested a cruiser drive by. Police conducted a check of the yard, which was clear. (8:45pm)
- A Hopkins Street caller reported a scam on Cragislist. (10:12pm)
