WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Recreation Department sponsored the 49th Annual Horribles Parade on Sunday, October 30. Approximately 600 children dressed in their Halloween costumes marched from the Wilmington Public Safety Building to the Wilmington High School cafeteria, where candy and treats were distributed by volunteers.
