BILLERICA, MA — Shawsheen Tech students join with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 103 to prepare Christmas lights for installation throughout downtown Billerica.
The school and IBEW Local 103 will be continuing their partnership this year during the holidays, with retired and currently-working electricians and Shawsheen electrical students working together to hang lights for all residents to enjoy during the holiday season.
Last Saturday morning, more than 50 students and electricians worked together to test dozens of strands of lights to prepare them for installation.
