WILMINGTON, MA — Here are NINE highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, October 25, 2016:
- A daughter reported her mother was missing from Deming Way. Mother was eventually located. The Ride picked her up and drove her to Dorchester due to miscommunication. (8:47am)
- Leandro A. Baez-Pena (41, Stoughton) was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and having an uninsured motor vehicle. (10:55am)
- Polie attempted to obtain footage at Dunkin Donuts on Concord Street in regards to a larceny of an iPhone that was stolen there earlier in the morning. Police will return in an hour once general manager is on scene. (1:00pm)
- A Horseshoe Lane resident reported a package was delivered to their home on October 6 at approximately 2pm and stolen. (1:32pm)
- Police located an abandoned vehicle in the Shriners parking lot with stolen plates. Vehicle was involved in a failure to stop for a state trooper earlier in the month. State Police responded to scene. (3:23pm)
- A Cunningham Street resident reported a door-to-door solicitor from Clear Choice. Police responded and advised solicitors to check in with the station prior to going door-to-door. (4:25pm)
- A Shawsheen Avenue resident reported his home was shot with a paintball gun. Neighbor’s home was also struck. Vandalism may have happened Sunday night. (5:50pm)
- Milestone Group Home on High Street reported a missing juvenile male. (6:16pm)
- A father reported her daughter struck a deer at Salem Street and Woburn Street. Deer was gone upon arrival. Driver was not injured. Damage was reported to the vehicle’s front end. (8:40pm)
